EXCHANGE POLICY

Newton Running offers an exchange within 30 days of your internet purchase, so if you need a different size or model Contact us or call us at (877) 860-7695. We will need to know your order number, the new size or model needed, and your credit card number. We will send out your requested item(s) and include a pre-paid return label for you to return for the first pair. Newton Running provides a 15 day grace period for exchange shoes and we will only charge your credit card for the 2nd pair if it is not received in our warehouse within 15 days.

Please note the following for all exchanges:

• You must receive a return authorization from customer service to exchange your shoes.
• Exchanges must be enclosed in the original shoe box and returned in a separate outer box.
• We are unable to accept C.O.D. deliveries.
• We reserve the right to change these policies without notice and to limit sales or returns in situations of overuse or abuse of our exchange policy.
• Newton Running cannot reimburse international shipping costs.
• Please contact your retailer if you purchased your shoes in a store.
